Description: The pudding is light with a hint of sourness... accompanied with a bourbon vanilla sauce makes a perfect harmony.
Ingredients: For a 25 cm x 11 cm bundt form
500 ml Plain yogurt 1 can (@ 490 gr netto weight) Peach, mince 3 pkgs plain agar-agar powder 50 ml orange syrup (concentrate) 100 ml syrup from the canned peach 100 gr sugar 4 egg whites, beat to hard peak
The vanilla sauce: 700 ml milk 100 gr sugar 1/2 tsp salt 50 gr corn starch (or you can use custard powder and omit the egg yolks) 4 egg yolks 1/2 tsp bourbon vanilla (or any vanilla extract you have on hand) Rum to your taste
Directions: Cook together: Yogurt, sugar, agar-agar powder and the syrups, keep stirring until boiled. Remove from the stove. Slowly mix the stiff egg whites into the boiled yogurt mix, a little at a time, mix it with a baloon whisk until well incorporated. Mix in the minced peach, stir well. Pour the dough to the mold, let it sit until it sets.
To make the sauce: Cook together: milk + corn starch + sugar with medium heat. Keep stirring until it thickened. Take about 3-4 tablespoons of the dough and mix it with the egg yolks, stir well. Put the egg yolks mixture to the rest of the dough, stir well. Remove from the stove. Stir ocassionally until it is cold. Add in rum, stir well.
note: you can use any other fruits as you like or try with corn, raisins or citrus peel

 | Lina.. aku tergoda sama aneka bento-mu jadi pengen bikinin Tyler juga bento2an.. tapi anakku pemakan daging, dikasih model punyamu kayaknya yg sayurannya bakal ditinggal.. ada ide ngga??  D&B juga sayurannya kadang nggak abis, tapi masih dimakan sich meski sedikit. Kadang aku suka kasih ranch terutama si brayden demen banget sama ranch. Kalo lagi rajin aku juga sering banget sayurannya ditumis sama yg lain lagi ....
Aku juga belon terlalu kasih banyak variasi sich, tapi aku berusaha terus2an kasih meski kadang nggak dimakan juga, biar mrk jadi familiar. Untuk buncis dan wortel sich udah pasti dimakan, kalo brokoli musti ditongkrongin, kalo spinach aku akalin kasih ravioli ajah, ato dibikin quiche pasti dimakan.
BTW, si dylan pertama seneng brokoli krn ngliat anaknya temen baiku yg lagi makan brokoli juga, jadi dia ikut2an. Cobain kumpulin Tyler sama temen2nya, anak khan suka ikut2an :) .. Good luch ya say :):):) |

Good luch ya say :):):)  wah, terima kasih banyak untuk masukannya iya.. kayaknya cara begitu bisa mempan :-) selama ini setiap kali masak selalu kupastikan ada sayuran dalam masakanku.. supaya dia tidak bisa milih hehehe kan susah kalau potongannya kecil-kecil trus tercampur aduk.. untungnya dia mau makan tapi kalau diberi yg model sandwich atau makanan yg bisa dia bongkar dan pisah isinya.. sudah pasti yg dimakan hanya dagingnya saja kuciwa berat kalau liat bekalnya pulang hampir utuh .. |

 | say aku bikin kemerinnya tapi kayaknya takeran agernya beda ya? aku pakai 3 bungkus agar2 swallow itu dan hasilnya jadi keras (banget), gak spt agar2 busa yg rada empuk dikit. kemarinnya jg pakai mangga kaleng. alhasil si pudding masuk tong sampah karena gak ada yg mau makan lagi. :( |
